Down Payment Assistance

The first-time homeowner program offers a one-time down payment assistance to eligible citizens.

  • The home being purchased must be located within the 25 mile service area.
  • Citizens are responsible for finding their own home to purchase.
  • Proof of income is required to determine eligibility.
  • A completed application with ALL required attachments are needed to be considered for down payment assistance.

IHS Well & Septic Program

The Indian Health Services Well and Septic Program is open to all citizens living within the service area, regardless of income.

  • Well Abandonment
  • Septic Installation
  • Well Installation
  • Emergency Repairs
  • New Construction Well and Septic Installation

Rental Assistance

The rental assistance program offers monthly assistance to eligible citizens in need.

  • The rental unit must be located within the 25 mile service area
  • Citizens are responsible for finding their own rental unit.
  • Proof of income is required to determine eligibility.
  • A completed application with ALL required attachments are needed to be considered for rental assistance.

The Tribe currently owns one rental property in King William County. It is currently occupied, check back later for more opportunities.
