Bill Pay
This program offers one-time bill pay directly to eligible citizens' internet provider.
- Proof of income is required to determine eligibility.
- A one time payment will be made directly to your internet provider.
- This program is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A complete application by 11/1/24 is required to be considered for bill pay.
Free Laptop
Through this program, citizens are eligible to receive one free laptop, regardless of income or service area.
- Open to ALL citizens.
- One laptop per citizen, you may not apply again if you already received one.
- Apple/Mac and Windows products are available.
- A complete application by 11/1/24 is required to receive a laptop.
